Clements Colts (Athens, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Elkmont Red Devils (Elkmont, AL), 52-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Clements upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Colts travel to West Limestone (Lester, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 8-4. West Limestone won 57-23 in their recent non-league bout against Tanner (Tanner, AL)

Next up, the Red Devils play the West Limestone Wildcats (Lester, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 3. Elkmont will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record.
