California High School Basketball - Hill overwhelms Yerba Buena
December 8, 2023: San Jose, CA 95122 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hill Falcons (San Jose, CA) and the host Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors (San Jose, CA), saw Hill's basketball squad wallop Yerba Buena by a tally of 71-44.
With the victory, Hill improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to James Lick (San Jose, CA) to confront the Comets in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 11. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. James Lick lost 67-20 in their recent non-league challenge against KIPP San Jose Collegiate (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Aztec Warriors confront the Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Yerba Buena will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 65-62 non-league loss to Hill (San Jose, CA).
