Texas High School Football - Steele defeats Smithson Valley

October 25, 2019: Spring Branch, TX 78070

In Friday's league match, the visiting Steele Knights football squad scored a good 35-10 victory over the Smithson Valley Rangers.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Canyon Cougars (New Braunfels, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 26 match, on Friday, November 1. Steele will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 0-8 record after their 44-13 league loss to Judson (Converse, TX).

The Rangers (4-4) will now prepare for their match against San Marcos (San Marcos, TX). The Rattlers enter the 6A Region IV District 26 match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, San Marcos dropped by New Braunfels (New Braunfels, TX), 48-7, in a league match.
