December 30, 2023: Old Tappan, NJ 07675 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights (Old Tappan, NJ) and the visiting Secaucus Patriots (Secaucus, NJ), saw NV - Old Tappan's basketball squad overcome Secaucus by a tally of 51-42.
With the victory, NV - Old Tappan improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Golden Knights host Tenafly (Tenafly, NJ) to play the Tigers in a Big North - National challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Tenafly lost 56-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ)
Next up, the Patriots play the Harrison Blue Tide (Harrison, NJ) in a North Jersey - Liberty challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Secaucus will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record.
