The Liberty Bell Mountain Lions basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Cascade Kodiaks to 12 in the Mountain Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mountain Lions now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Quincy for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26.

The Kodiaks (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chelan (Chelan, WA). The Mountain Goats enter the 1A Caribou Trail contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Chelan triumphed over Quincy (Quincy, WA), 41-38, in a league contest.
