In Friday's league game, the Liberty Red Devils (Liberty, SC) football team tipped the host Blacksburg Wildcats (Blacksburg, SC), by a final score of 33-29.

The Red Devils (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC). The Wildcats come into the AA Region 1 game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Ninety Six got by Landrum (Landrum, SC), 42-14, in a league game.
