In Tuesday's non-league outing, the A.C. Reynolds Rockets (Asheville, NC) basketball squad beat the host Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC), by a margin of 73-61.

The Rockets (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Cherokee (Cherokee, NC). The Braves go into the non-league outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Cherokee defeated Blue Ridge (Cashiers, NC), 79-51, in a non-league outing.

The Warhorses now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Avery County for a 2A/1A Conference 4 outing on Friday, December 13. Owen will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 53-33 non-league win over Cloudland (Roan Mountain, TN). The Vikings record now stands at 5-3.
