Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Rankin Cougars (Brandon, MS) and the host Clinton Arrows (Clinton, MS), saw Northwest Rankin's basketball squad hold off Clinton by a tally of 62-56.

With the victory, Northwest Rankin improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Brandon (Brandon, MS) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 17. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-0.

Next up, the Arrows confront the Brandon Bulldogs (Brandon, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 30. Clinton will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
