New Mexico High School Soccer - Capital knocks off Santa Fe Prep
August 23, 2018: Santa Fe, NM 87505 Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins (Santa Fe, NM), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Jaguars confront the St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 30. Capital will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Sartans enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Farmington (Farmington, NM).
The Blue Griffins now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Los Alamos for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 25.
