The Western Reserve Roughriders basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Plymouth Big Red to 40 in the Roughriders league triumph on Thursday.

The Roughriders now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crestview for a Firelands contest on Saturday, December 11. Western Reserve will meet a Cougars team coming off a 66-37 league win over St. Paul (Norwalk, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 3-0.

The Big Red (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against South Central (Greenwich, OH). The Trojans enter the Firelands contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, South Central ran past Mapleton (Ashland, OH), 58-47, in a league contest.
