Michigan High School Basketball - Portland fells Bath
November 29, 2022: Portland, MI 48875 Portland Raiders (Portland, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bath Fighting Bees (Bath, MI), 43-23 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Portland upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Raiders host Williamston (Williamston, MI) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Williamston lost 61-50 in their recent non-league bout against Carman-Ainsworth (Flint, MI)
Next up, the Fighting Bees clash with the Norrix Knights (Kalamazoo, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Bath will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 52-40 non-league win over Portage Northern (Portage, MI).
