Michigan High School Basketball - Genesee Christian holds off Plymouth Christian Academy
February 9, 2024: Canton, MI 48187 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Genesee Christian Soldiers (Burton, MI) and the host Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles (Canton, MI), saw Genesee Christian's basketball squad hold off Plymouth Christian Academy by a tally of 44-40.
With the victory, Genesee Christian improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Soldiers travel to Fenton (Fenton, MI) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 12. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 2-16. Fenton lost 56-39 in their recent league challenge against Kearsley (Flint, MI)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Oakland Christian Lancers (Auburn Hills, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Red challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Plymouth Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record.
