Texas High School Basketball - Clyde tops Dublin
December 7, 2021: Clyde, TX 79510 Clyde Bulldogs (Clyde, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Dublin Lions (Dublin, TX), 51-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Clyde upgrades its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Grape Creek (San Angelo, TX) to play the Eagles in a 3A Region I District 6 bout on Tuesday, December 14. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-10. Grape Creek lost 55-10 in their recent non-league bout against Water Valley (Water Valley, TX)
Next up, the Lions play the Blanco Panthers (Blanco, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 9. Dublin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 56-33 non-league loss to Cornerstone Christian (San Antonio, TX).
