Iowa High School Basketball - Mediapolis overwhelms Burlington
January 15, 2022: Burlington, IA 52601 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) and the host Burlington Grayhounds (Burlington, IA), saw Mediapolis's basketball squad wallop Burlington by a tally of 79-22.
With the victory, Mediapolis improves its record to 14-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Highland (Riverside, IA) to confront the Huskies in a SEI - North challenge on Tuesday, January 18. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 7-6.
Next up, the Grayhounds confront the Davenport Central Blue Devils (Davenport, IA) in a Mississippi challenge, on Monday, January 17. Burlington will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record.
