August 29, 2022: El Segundo, CA 90245 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA) and the visiting Excelsior Charter Eagles (Victorville, CA), saw Wiseburn- Da Vinci's volleyball squad beat Excelsior Charter by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Wiseburn- Da Vinci upgrades its record to 2-5 on the year. The Wolves host Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA) to play the Defenders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 30. The Defenders go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Valley Christian won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA)
The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Academy of Careers & Exploration for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 31. Excelsior Charter will play a Eagle squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lucerne Valley (Lucerne Valley, CA). The Eagle record now stands at 1-0.
