Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC), 7-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hoggard upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Ashley (Wilmington, NC) to battle the Screaming Eagle in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19. The Screaming Eagle come into the test with a record of 1-5. Ashley lost 5-3 in their recent non-league test against South Brunswick (Southport, NC)

With the defeat, West Brunswick falls to 3-1 on the season. The Trojans host New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19.
