February 9, 2024: Denville, NJ 07834 The Morris County Tech Devils basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Oak Knoll Royals to 36 in the Devils non-league victory on Friday.
The Devils now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Verona for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Morris County Tech will battle a Hillbillies team coming off a 43-36 non-league win over East Side (Newark, NJ). The Hillbillies record now stands at 15-5.
The Royals (4-18) will now prepare for their contest against Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Union Catholic was defeated by Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ), 55-52, in a non-league contest.
