February 3, 2024: Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL) and the visiting Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), saw Saint Viator's basketball squad overcome Taft by a tally of 65-51.
With the victory, Saint Viator improves its record to 15-13 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL) to confront the Redwings in a East Suburban Catholic challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Redwings come into the challenge with a record of 20-5. Benet Academy lost 67-60 in their recent league challenge against Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Taft will attempt to improve on its 11-16 season record.
