Georgia High School Soccer - Lanier County overwhelmed by Berrien
March 5, 2021: Lakeland, GA 31635 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Berrien Rebels (Nashville, GA) and the host Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA), saw Berrien's soccer squad triumph over Lanier County by a count of 10-0.
The Rebels now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Worth County for a AA Region 1 test on Tuesday, March 9. Berrien will meet a Rams squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Thomasville (Thomasville, GA). The Rams record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Lanier County drops to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA) to meet the Generals in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 9. The Generals come into the test with a record of 0-0.
