In Friday's league game, the Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) football team smashed the visiting Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN), by a final score of 36-0.

The Hawks (7-2) will now prepare for their game against McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Mavericks come into the non-league game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, McCutcheon overwhelmed Marion (Marion, IN), 41-7, in a league game.

The Grizzly Cubs now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Terre Haute South Vigo for a non-league game on Friday, October 27.
