August 23, 2022: Glendale, CA 91205 The Glendale Nitros volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Firebaugh Falcons to 0 in the Nitros non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Nitros now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rio Hondo Prep for a non-league game on Thursday, August 25. Glendale will meet a Kares team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA). The Kares record now stands at 3-3.
The Falcons (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA). The Firewolves enter the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Samueli Academy defeated Orange (Orange, CA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
