Colorado High School Basketball - Thomas MacLaren School overwhelmed by Creede/Lake City
February 11, 2017: Colorado Springs, CO 80918 The Creede/Lake City Miners basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the host Thomas MacLaren School Highlanders to 19 in the Miners non-league victory on Saturday.
The Miners now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cotopaxi for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 18. Creede/Lake City will battle a Pirates team coming off a 58-50 league loss to Primero (Weston, CO). The Pirates record now stands at 9-9.
The Highlanders (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Colorado School for the Deaf & Blind (Colorado Springs, CO). The Bulldogs come into the non-league bout with a 0-18 record. In their last bout, Colorado School for the Deaf & Blind was crushed by Hanover (Colorado Springs, CO), 40-16, in a non-league bout.
