South Carolina High School Basketball - Red Springs knocked off by Dillon

The Dillon Wildcats basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Red Springs Red Devils to 50 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loris for a AAA Region 7 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Dillon will battle a Lions team coming off a 63-61 non-league win over Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Lions record now stands at 10-5.

The Red Devils (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Southeastern contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, St. Pauls was defeated by South View (Hope Mills, NC), 53-31, in a non-league contest.
