California High School Lacrosse - St. Mary's trounced by Lick-Wilmerding
April 24, 2009: San Francisco, CA 94112 Lick-Wilmerding Tigers (San Francisco, CA) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse team top the visiting St. Mary's Panthers (Albany, CA), 15-2 in a league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to University for a Bay Counties challenge on Tuesday, April 28. Lick-Wilmerding will meet a Red Devils team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA). The Red Devils record now stands at 12-5.
In their next game, the Panthers meet the Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA) in a Bay Counties challenge, on Tuesday, April 28. St. Mary's will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the test with a 11-1 record after their 6-2 league win over Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA).
