Missouri High School Basketball - Miller tops Ash Grove
February 1, 2022: Ash Grove, MO 65604 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Miller Cardinals (Miller, MO) and the host Ash Grove Pirates (Ash Grove, MO), saw Miller's basketball squad knock off Ash Grove by a count of 41-33.
With the victory, Miller upgrades its record to 16-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Marionville (Marionville, MO) to play the Comets in a Southwest challenge on Monday, February 14. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 12-9.
Next up, the Pirates play the Sarcoxie Bears (Sarcoxie, MO) in a Southwest challenge, on Thursday, February 3. Ash Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 62-54 non-league loss to Crane (Crane, MO).
