Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Silver Fighting Colts (Silver City, NM), 10-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ruidoso upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Warriors host Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM) to battle the Rattlers in a 3A District 4/5 test on Tuesday, March 28. The Rattlers come into the test with a record of 4-4. Tucumcari lost 23-0 in their recent non-league test against East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM)

With the defeat, Silver falls to 0-10 on the season. The Fighting colts travel to Cobre (Bayard, NM) to battle the Indians in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 28. The Indians come into the test with a record of 5-5. Cobre won 12-10 in their recent non-league test against El Paso Leadership Academy East (El Paso, TX)
