Washington School for the Deaf Terriers (Vancouver, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM), 44-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Washington School for the Deaf upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Terriers host Pe Ell (Pe Ell, WA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Pe Ell lost 68-48 in their recent non-league bout against Ocosta (Westport, WA)

Next up, the Roadrunners play the Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. New Mexico School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 68-51 non-league loss to Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM).
