The Norwalk Warriors basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Indianola Indians to 50 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Norwalk will meet a Railsplitters team coming off a 41-29 league win over Des Moines North (Des Moines, IA). The Railsplitters record now stands at 3-2.

The Indians (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Carlisle (Carlisle, IA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Carlisle ran past Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA), 57-44, in a league contest.
