Ohio High School Basketball - Steele fells Bay
December 28, 2022: Amherst, OH 44001 Steele Comets (Amherst, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bay Rockets (Bay Village, OH), 49-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Steele upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Comets travel to Brunswick (Brunswick, OH) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Brunswick won 71-29 in their recent non-league bout against Bartow (Bartow, FL)
Next up, the Rockets play the North Olmsted Eagles (North Olmsted, OH) in a Great Lakes bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 44-40 non-league loss to Keystone (La Grange, OH).
