November 12, 2022: East Setauket, NY 11733 Ward Melville Patriots (East Setauket, NY) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots face the Clarence Red Devils (Clarence, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, November 13. Ward Melville will attempt to better on its 11-0 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 19-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Shaker (Latham, NY).
The Crusaders now have a 18-3 record.
