Ohio High School Soccer - South nudges Kenston
October 3, 2023: Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 South Rebels (Willoughby, OH) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH), 1-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Rebels face the Normandy Invaders (Parma, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 7. South will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Invaders come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Lakewood (Lakewood, OH).
With the loss, Kenston drops to 6-5 on the season. The Bombers travel to Chardon (Chardon, OH) to meet the Hilltoppers in a test on Tuesday, October 10. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 3-5. Chardon lost 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Madison (Madison, OH)
