New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Red Lion Lions (Red Lion, PA), 15-1 in a league test.

With the win, New Oxford upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Colonials host Dover (Dover, PA) to battle the Eagles in a YAIAA 2 test on Monday, May 17. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 6-13. Dover won 5-3 in their recent league test against West York Area (York, PA)

With the defeat, Red Lion falls to 10-8 on the season. The Lions travel to Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Monday, May 17. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 11-6. Susquehannock won 8-1 in their recent non-league test against York Catholic (York, PA)
