Georgia High School Basketball - Westminster nips Kennesaw Mountain
November 17, 2018: Kennesaw, GA 30152 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Westminster Wildcats (Atlanta, GA) and the host Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA), saw Westminster's basketball squad hold off Kennesaw Mountain by a tally of 65-59.
With the victory, Westminster improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Monday, November 19. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Chattahoochee won 72-64 in their recent non-league challenge against West Ashley (Charleston, SC)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Hiram Hornets (Hiram, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 27. Kennesaw Mountain will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 67-52 non-league win over Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA).
