Florida High School Softball - Celebration nudges Gateway
April 13, 2023: Celebration, FL 34747 Celebration Storm (Celebration, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Gateway Panthers (Kissimmee, FL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Storm now own a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poinciana for a 7A District 10 challenge on Monday, April 17. Celebration will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to St. Cloud (St. Cloud, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Gateway falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Heritage (Palm Bay, FL) to battle the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 2-11. Heritage lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Cocoa (Cocoa, FL)
