New York High School Softball - Aquinas Institute Our Lady of Mercy
May 7, 2024: Rochester, NY 14613 The Our Lady of Mercy Monarchs softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish to 2 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Our Lady of Mercy moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Monarchs travel to Clarence (Clarence, NY) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 8. The Red Devils come into the game with a record of 8-4. Clarence won 11-4 in their recent league game against Frontier (Hamburg, NY)
In their next game, the Little Irish clash with the Eastridge Lancers (Rochester, NY) in a Class A game, on Thursday, May 9. Aquinas Institute will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Lancers come into the game with a 10-7 record after their 8-0 league win over Greece Athena (Rochester, NY).
