Ohio High School Basketball - Fort Recovery nudges Ansonia
December 18, 2021: Ansonia, OH 45303 Fort Recovery Indians (Fort Recovery, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH), 44-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fort Recovery upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Indians travel to Tri-Village (New Madison, OH) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 23. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Tri-Village won 78-32 in their recent league bout against Arcanum (Arcanum, OH)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Newton Local Indians (Pleasant Hill, OH) in a Western Ohio bout, on Friday, January 7. Ansonia will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
