The Sonora Raiders held off the visiting Katella Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Raiders now have a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pacific for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 27. Sonora will confront a Pirates team coming off a 3-2 league loss to San Bernardino (San Bernardino, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-4.

The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Gladiators enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Gahr was nudged by St. Joseph (Lakewood, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
