August 24, 2021: Walnut, CA 91789 The Walnut Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Alta Loma Braves to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Serna for a non-league game on Wednesday, August 25. Walnut will meet a Lancers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 0-3.
The Braves (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Summit (Fontana, CA). The SkyHawks enter the non-league game with a 10-0 record. In their last game, Summit gained a win over Miller (Fontana, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
