Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC), 14-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Rock Hill upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bearcats host Spring Valley (Columbia, SC) to battle the Vikings in a 5A Region 3 test on Monday, March 11. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 0-5. Spring Valley lost 11-7 in their recent non-league test against Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC)
