The Buford Yellowjackets held off the visiting Indian Land Warriors football team by a count of 23-21 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Buford upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Carolina Pride (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Pride in a non-league outing on Friday, October 31. The Pride go into the outing with a record of 7-2. Carolina Pride won 30-0 in their recent league outing against Peculiar Generation Lions (Gastonia, NC)

With the loss, Indian Land moves to 4-5 on the season. The Warriors travel to Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC) to confront the Volunteers in a AA Region IV outing on Friday, October 31. The Volunteers go into the outing with a record of 0-9. Andrew Jackson lost 43-19 in their recent league outing against Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC)
