The Bassett Olympians topped the host Mountain View Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Olympians now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gabrielino for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 23. Bassett will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.

The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Pioneer (Whittier, CA). The Titans enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Pioneer dropped by Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
