The Mammoth Huskies football squad scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Pyramid Lake Lakers to 8 in the Huskies non-league victory on Friday.

The Huskies now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lucerne Valley for a non-league battle on Friday, September 9. Mammoth will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 47-14 non-league loss to United Christian Academy (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-2.

Coming up next, the Lakers face the Wells Leopards (Wells, NV) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 8. Pyramid Lake will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Leopards enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 63-28 non-league win over Tonopah (Tonopah, NV).
