Michigan High School Basketball - Fitzgerald holds off Roseville
December 10, 2010: Roseville, MI 48066 Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the host Roseville Panthers (Roseville, MI), 56-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fitzgerald upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Spartans travel to Center Line (Center Line, MI) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Panthers play the Utica Ford Falcons (Sterling Heights, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 17. Roseville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 65-57 non-league loss to Troy (Troy, MI).
