Texas High School Soccer - Mansfield Legacy knocks off Lake Dallas
January 6, 2024: Mansfield, TX 76063 Mansfield Legacy Broncos (Mansfield, TX) followers went home satisfied Saturday as they saw their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Lake Dallas Falcons (Corinth, TX), 9-0 in a non-league test.
The Broncos now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Midlothian for a non-league test on Thursday, January 11. Mansfield Legacy will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Midway (Waco, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Lake Dallas drops to 0-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Decatur (Decatur, TX) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-0. Decatur won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Graham (Graham, TX)
