Missouri High School Basketball - East Prairie overwhelms South Pemiscot
February 8, 2024: East Prairie, MO 63845 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the East Prairie Eagles (East Prairie, MO) and the visiting South Pemiscot Bulldogs (Steele, MO), saw East Prairie's basketball squad wallop South Pemiscot by a tally of 79-55.
With the victory, East Prairie improves its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Kelly (Benton, MO) to confront the Hawks in a Scott-Mississippi challenge on Friday, February 9. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 18-5. Kelly lost 73-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Portageville (Portageville, MO)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Neelyville Tigers (Neelyville, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. South Pemiscot will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 44-26 league win over Twin Rivers (Broseley, MO).
