October 22, 2011: Reading, MA 01867 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Austin Prep Cougars (Reading, MA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Ursuline Academy Bears (Dedham, MA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Cougars battle the Bishop Fenwick Crusaders (Peabody, MA) in a Catholic Central - Large contest, on Tuesday, October 25. Austin Prep will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 12-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Lowell (Lowell, MA).
With the loss, Ursuline Academy moves to 10-6 on the year. The Bears host Notre Dame Academy (Hingham, MA) to battle the Cougars in a Catholic contest on Friday, October 28. The Cougars go into the contest with a record of 12-6. Notre Dame Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Barnstable (Hyannis, MA)
