The Millbrook Pioneers basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Independence to 18 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Pioneers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Briar Woods for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Millbrook will meet a Falcons team coming off a 41-36 non-league win over Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-0.

The (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Handley (Winchester, VA). The Judges enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
