Illinois High School Basketball - Rauner crushes Baker
December 8, 2021: Chicago, IL 60617 Rauner Wildcats (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Baker Bobcats (Chicago, IL), 53-13 in a league bout.
With the win, Rauner upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Noble Street College Prep (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Golden Tigers in a Noble bout on Wednesday, December 15. The Golden Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-1.
Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Bowen Boilermakers (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 13. Baker will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Boilermakers go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 53-49 league loss to Woodlawn (Chicago, IL).
