The Brown County Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Eastern Greene Thunderbirds to 42 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenwood for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 13. Brown County will meet a Woodmen team coming off a 53-44 league win over Franklin (Franklin, IN). The Woodmen record now stands at 2-1.

The Thunderbirds (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Martinsville (Martinsville, IN). The Artesians enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Martinsville was defeated by Columbus North (Columbus, IN), 85-76, in a non-league contest.
