The Hawks now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host King William for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 7. Hanover will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 48-8 non-league win over Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Monacan moves to 0-2 on the season. The Chiefs host L.C. Bird (Chesterfield, VA) to confront the Skyhawks in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 7. The Skyhawks go into the outing with a record of 1-1. L.C. Bird lost 18-0 in their recent non-league outing against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA)
